Acceptable use policy
Effective 2 October 2026
This policy forms part of our terms of service. It applies to everyone in your workspace and to any AI tool you connect.
1. Accounts and access
- Connect only Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Do not share sign-in details. Invite each person to your workspace with their own account and the role they need.
- Do not try to reach another customer's workspace, data or Google accounts.
- Do not use the service on behalf of someone who has been banned from it or from Google's advertising products.
2. Advertising and product data
Do not use UltraROAS.ai to create, publish or manage advertising or product data that:
- breaks the law, including consumer protection, advertising, privacy and sanctions laws;
- breaks Google Ads or Merchant Center policies, or is designed to get around their review;
- is false or misleading about a product, its price, availability or the business selling it;
- promotes counterfeit goods, or infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, hateful or harassing.
AI-drafted titles, descriptions and answers are suggestions. Check them before you approve them, and do not approve content you know to be inaccurate.
3. The service itself
- Do not probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities, except as described on our Security page.
- Do not overload or disrupt the service, or get around its rate limits, usage limits or AI budgets.
- Do not get around security controls, such as approval requirements, roles or the permissions given to AI tools.
- Do not use the API, the MCP service or connected AI tools to copy the service, scrape it in bulk, or resell access to it.
- Do not try to make Ask UltraROAS or a connected AI tool ignore its instructions or reach data it should not.
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to share in support requests.
4. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, pause automations or AI features, disconnect a Google account or AI tool, or suspend a workspace while we look into a possible breach, as described in our terms. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
5. Reporting misuse
If you see the service being misused, email support@ultraroas.ai.
